We have an exciting weekend of football ahead as our C and B team will be playing in the AFC Conference Championship game this Sunday, for a chance to play in Super Bowl XXII on November 6th.
The C team will face the Western Wayne Jr Wildcats (12:00 kickoff) and our B team will face the North Pocono Jr Trojans (appx 1:30 kickoff) Game will be played at the North Scranton Vikings Field.B team will be on the visitors side and our C team has chosen the visitors side so our fans will not have to change sides after the C game. Bring everyone you can and cheer loud. C team stay and cheer on the B team. B parents will be there early and know will cheer loud. Come on Cougar Nation we need you!

METLIFE STADIUM GAME- time is running out to purchase tickets for the Metlife Stadium Game. Our B team will be facing the Tunkhannock Jr Tiger immediately following the the Jets/Bears game. Game ticket is required to play/cheer in this game. You can order online, www.juniorcougars.com , or print out the attached form, fill it out, write a check payable to JR COUGARS and hand to your coach/advisor on Sunday. If you plan on purchasing tickets and can't pay at this at this, please email us www.juniorcougars.com and let us know.

Equipment Turn In for "A" team and "I" Team football and cheer is this Saturday, Oct 29th from 11-1 at Jessup Memorial Field. All equipment must be returned clean. Please keep your guardian on your helmet. Failure to return your equipment/uniforms will end up with you being charged for the replacement cost. Banquet tickets will also be on sale at this time. The A, B, C Awards Banquet will be held on December 4th at the Montdale Country Club at 3:00. (doors open no sooner than 3:00) Tickets are $25.00 for adult and $20.00 for kids 11 under. A, B, and C Players/cheerleaders free for this banquet.

Our "I" Team Awards Banquet will be held on December 10th, from 12:00-2:30 at the Holiday Inn in Dunmore. There is not charge for this event. 4 tickets per "I" team family. Ticket is required to enter both events.

All financial obligations must be met for you to receive you banquet tickets and be eligible for postseason awards. You will not be able to register for next year until that is settled. Every parent is required to work 1.5 hours at the concession stand (you were able to select date and time) per kid, up to 2 kids. Many have yet to work. We are hosting the Super Bowl on November 6th so there is still time to work. You can contact Dawn at 717-329-1842 to schedule a time.Not working the stand will require a $40.00 donation or you can donate a gift basket ($40.00 value) to our purse Bingo or Awards Banquet. Tickets for banquet will not be handed out until ALL obligations are met.

PURSE BINGO- Our purse/prize bingo will be on Sunday, November 13th at 12:00pm at the Anthracite Center in Carbondale. Tickets are $25.00. There are still tickets left.
